Regular, relaxed, oversized or boxy fits; cotton single jersey 160–310 GSM, with compact 220–260 GSM a useful starting point. Confirm body length, chest, shoulder, sleeve and neck opening in a measurement chart.

Jersey Garments We Manufacture
Hoodies
Pullover and full-zip hoodies; unbrushed three-thread cotton 320–500 GSM or brushed 65/35 cotton/polyester 320–380 GSM. Hood volume, zip length, pocket position and rib recovery are developed with the fit.
Sweatshirts
Crewneck sweatshirts in loopback French terry or brushed fleece. Match body shape, shoulder drop, collar opening, cuffs and hem so a heavy fabric does not create unwanted bulk.
Sweatpants
Joggers with coordinated waist, rise, thigh and leg opening. Confirm elastic, drawcord, pocket depth, inseam and hem treatment before grading. Matching tops and bottoms need their own approved measurements.
Polos
Cotton piqué around 200–220 GSM for polos. Placket construction, collar and cuff recovery, button spacing and embroidery position are reviewed together. Custom knitted collars can carry a separate supplier minimum.
Shorts
Jersey and French terry shorts with elastic or drawcord waist, pockets and optional embroidery or print. Agree rise, inseam, leg opening and pocket construction; swimwear or woven shorts need separate partner feasibility review.
Small-Batch Jersey Production, from Sample to Finished Garment
Standard adult cut-and-sew production starts at 65 pieces per style and colour, with your choice of sizes. Children’s jersey garments (ages 4+) start at 100–120 pieces per style and colour. Special washes and garment dye start at 150–200 pieces, depending on the process. See minimum order conditions
