Information you provide

If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share: name, brand, email, optional phone and website, product preferences, quantities, message and uploaded technical files. Please do not upload identity documents, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive personal data.

How information is used

We use enquiry information to answer questions, assess product feasibility, prepare quotations and manage sample or production discussions. If a project proceeds, relevant records are also used to administer the contract and meet applicable record-keeping duties. We do not add an enquiry to a marketing mailing list by default.

Services and recipients

The optional web form is delivered through Formspree. Hosting and email providers process technical and communication records. Relevant project information may be shared with specialist suppliers where needed for the requested work; personal contact information is not needed for every supplier enquiry. These services may involve processing outside Türkiye. Provider details are available in the Formspree privacy policy linked below. WhatsApp, email and map links open services with their own privacy terms.

Storage and requests

Enquiry records are kept while needed for the discussion and any resulting business relationship, and where legal retention duties apply. You may ask us for access, correction or deletion of your information; retention obligations and applicable rights are assessed for each request. Website storage

The fabric finder keeps selections in browser session storage. Cookie choices and a short form-submission cooldown use local browser storage. Optional Google Analytics is disabled unless you allow it; details and preference controls are in the cookie policy.
