Each production decision is resolved through a physical sample.
Tech Pack Review
Measurements, construction, tolerances, branding details and intended applications are reviewed before development begins.
Pattern Development
A base pattern is developed or reviewed against the intended fit, measurements and construction requirements.
Fabric and Trim Selection
Suitable fabric, rib, label and trim options are researched through suppliers according to the product specification.
First Sample
The first sample is sewn and reviewed for measurements, balance, construction and overall silhouette.
Agreed Revisions
Required fit and construction updates are recorded and completed within the agreed development scope.
Pre-Production Approval
The approved reference establishes the measurements, construction and workmanship requirements used for production planning.
02 / Approval Standard
Bulk production does not begin until the sample has been approved by the client.
Production cutting also does not start before sample approval. The approval records the agreed product specification before materials and production capacity are committed.

Bulk production and production cutting do not begin until the sample has been approved by the client.

International delivery options are evaluated according to the project scope and destination country.
