Collection and purposes

Data is provided electronically through a voluntary enquiry form, email or WhatsApp. Categories include identity/contact details, brand and project information and files you choose to provide. The purposes are responding to your request, evaluating product development, preparing quotations, managing a possible contract, security and applicable legal obligations.

Legal grounds

The enquiry and pre-contract discussion are assessed under the conditions in Article 5 of Law No. 6698, including necessity for establishing or performing a contract where applicable. Record keeping may rely on legal obligations, and proportionate security or communication records may rely on legitimate interests. Optional analytics is subject to a separate choice. Reading this notice is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.

Recipients and international services

Data may be processed by hosting, email and form-delivery providers and, as necessary for a project, relevant specialist suppliers. Formspree and the communication services you choose may use infrastructure outside Türkiye. Contact us for information about the providers and the transfer arrangements applicable to your enquiry.

Your rights and application

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, applicable rights include learning whether data is processed, requesting information, correction or deletion where the conditions apply, and objecting to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis. Applications can be addressed to the company at the registered office or to hello@garmentistanbul.com for instructions on an appropriate application method. EU/EEA visitors may also have rights under the GDPR where applicable, including a complaint to the competent authority.
