What do you manufacture in-house?

What are your minimum order quantities?

Standard cut-and-sew knits start at 65 pieces per style and colour. Garment dye, acid wash or vintage wash starts at 150–200 pieces, depending on the process. Adult denim starts at 100 per style and colour, subject to construction and finish. Children’s knits (age 4+) start at 100–120; children’s denim is assessed by project. Repeat orders follow the same minimums.

Can I choose the size breakdown?

Yes. You choose the size breakdown within each style and colour once its minimum quantity is met. Unit prices may vary with fabric consumption and labour; any differences are stated in the quote.

Can you source custom fabrics and Pantone colours?

Low minimums rely on stock fabrics. We first propose the closest stock colour to your Pantone reference. Custom fabric or exact-colour production has separate minimums based on fabric type. Availability is checked again before bulk production.

Do you manufacture women’s and men’s shirts?

Yes. We produce private label shirts for women and men through specialist production partners. Orders start at 100 pieces per style and colour.

How should I choose the shirt fabric?

We strongly recommend working from a physical fabric or garment reference. Alternatively, we can send fabric swatches close to your requirements and recommend choosing from the physical swatches or shade card before sampling.

What are the lead times and payment terms for shirts?

Sample timing is assessed by model: 7–12 working days for standard shirts, 15–20 for special development. Samples are prepaid in full against a proforma after technical details are confirmed. Bulk production starts after sample approval and a 50% deposit: normally 15–20 working days for standard models and 20–25 for detailed models; the balance is paid before shipment. Project timing is confirmed in advance; transit time is extra.

Sample development

Can I start without a tech pack?

Yes. Send a reference image, sketch or physical garment, quantity, colours, fabric preference and decoration details. We provide free guidance from fabric selection to measurements. Reference development respects intellectual property rights. We develop to order; we do not sell ready stock.

Can I receive fabric swatches first?

Yes, and we recommend it. We supply reasonable quantities and sizes of fabric swatches free of charge; you only cover shipping.

Can I order just a sample, and what does it cost?

Yes. Sampling covers pattern development, fabric, cutting, sewing, agreed decoration and QC. A basic T-shirt with one-colour print or embroidery averages €150, with 50% credited against bulk production. This is an example, not a universal tariff: special setup costs and credits are quoted by project. Sample shipping is extra.

Can we use an existing pattern?

Yes. When using one of our base patterns or a prepared pattern you supply, we deduct the pattern fee from the sample price.

How long do samples and bulk production take?

Samples: 7–12 working days for standard products, 15–20 for specific developments, starting after technical details and prepaid proforma are settled. Bulk: 15–20 working days standard, 20–25 detailed, after sample approval and deposit. Project timing is confirmed before order. Shipping is extra time; urgent work depends on the schedule.

How are sample revisions charged?

For custom-developed patterns, one round of pattern/measurement revisions and the cutting and sewing of a second physical sample can be provided free after the first sample. Print, embroidery and other decoration changes are excluded. Revision-sample shipping is extra. A completely new pattern or further samples are reviewed separately. Previously paid setup fees are not charged again; a new setup required by a change may be charged.

How is the sample approved for production?

We normally send the physical sample directly; photos and videos can precede shipment on request. The approved sample is the production reference for fabric, measurements, workmanship and decoration. Without a physical sample, written approval is required and agreed technical correspondence is the reference.

Who owns the patterns, and are designs confidential?

Custom patterns and technical files paid for in development belong to you and can be supplied for use elsewhere. Our existing base patterns remain ours. We keep developed patterns free indefinitely and sign an NDA on request.
