Your Hoodie Production at a Glance
- Standard adult minimum
- 65 pieces per adult style and colour; you choose the size breakdown. Children’s jersey garments (ages 4+) start at 100–120 pieces per style and colour. MOQ and size details
- Special finishes
- Garment dye, acid wash and vintage wash start at 150–200 pieces, depending on the process. Washing and finishing options
- Sampling
- Approve the hood shape, fit, rib recovery and decoration before we start bulk cutting and sewing. Sample fees, lead times and approval
- Branding
- In-house embroidery for chest, sleeves or hood; screen and puff printing through specialist partners. Placement is checked during sampling. Labels, accessories and quotation terms

Hoodie Fits, Hoods and Zip Construction
Pullover and full-zip hoodies; unbrushed three-thread cotton 320–500 GSM or brushed 65/35 cotton/polyester 320–380 GSM. Hood volume, zip length, pocket position and rib recovery are developed with the fit.
French Terry or Brushed Fleece for Your Hoodie
A heavier 100% cotton brushed fleece requires a separate availability and dye-minimum check. 450–500 GSM brushed cotton is not a standard stocked option for small runs.
