Fabric weight alone does not define quality. Yarn, knitting density, finishing, shrinkage, opacity and recovery are reviewed for the intended garment. A physical swatch and a garment sample answer different questions.

Development checks
Check shrinkage, colour, handle, measurements and decoration on an approved sample.
A heavier 100% cotton brushed fleece requires a separate availability and dye-minimum check. 450–500 GSM brushed cotton is not a standard stocked option for small runs.
Final fabric, colour availability, price and lead time are confirmed for your project.
