- Standard adult minimum
- 65 pieces per adult style and colour; you choose the size breakdown. Children’s jersey garments (ages 4+) start at 100–120 pieces per style and colour. MOQ and size details
- Special finishes
- Garment dye, acid wash and vintage wash start at 150–200 pieces, depending on the process. Washing and finishing options
- Sampling
- Confirm the fit, jersey weight, neckline and decoration on a physical sample before bulk production. Sample fees, lead times and approval
- Branding
- In-house logo embroidery; screen, digital, DTF and puff printing through specialist partners. Artwork and fabric determine the method. Labels, accessories and quotation terms

T-Shirt Fits, Fabric Weight and Construction
Regular, relaxed, oversized or boxy fits; cotton single jersey 160–310 GSM, with compact 220–260 GSM a useful starting point. Confirm body length, chest, shoulder, sleeve and neck opening in a measurement chart.
Cotton Jersey and Rib for Your T-Shirt
Fabric weight alone does not define quality. Yarn, knitting density, finishing, shrinkage, opacity and recovery are reviewed for the intended garment. A physical swatch and a garment sample answer different questions.
