Pattern and Fit Development
Shoulder position, body width, sleeve volume and garment length are developed against the brand’s approved measurements and sample.
Collar and Rib Planning
Collar width, rib structure, elastane requirements and attachment details are reviewed during product development.
GSM and Fabric Selection
Suitable jersey and rib options are researched through suppliers according to the target weight, handle, colour and intended decoration.
Pre-Production Checks
Shrinkage, wash-test and measurement requirements are defined according to the selected material and project specification.

From technical brief to approved production reference.
We manage sample development and garment production directly. Suitable materials are sourced through suppliers, while printing and embroidery applications are coordinated through specialist partner workshops selected for the project.

MOQ Policy
Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per style and per colour.
Sample Approval
Bulk production does not begin, and production cutting does not start, until the sample has been approved by the client.

Tell us the intended fit, fabric weight, colour plan, quantity and any printing or embroidery requirements. We respond to project enquiries within 24 hours.
Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per style and per colour.
Production lead time is determined by product type, quantity, material availability and additional applications. The confirmed lead time and payment terms are provided during quotation and production planning.
International delivery options are evaluated according to the project scope and destination country.
Production and project meetings are held by appointment.
